Returning and new volunteers joined us last Thursday at the Empire Hotel rooftop to launch another exciting year at Apex. Volunteers mingled over drinks and learned more about each other through a fun icebreaker, like finding out who can ride a unicycle, who was picked last in kickball and who has been with Apex for at least 5 years. Thank you to all the volunteers who came out, and we look forward to more volunteer socials throughout the year!
