Mongolian graduate student Eenee Purevdorj shares how she reached a breaking point before seeking therapy for the first time.

At Apex for Youth, a Manhattan nonprofit providing free, culturally aware counseling,  Yaya Yuan, director of programs, explains how creative approaches like art and play therapy are helping young people feel safe to ask for help.
