Since joining in 2011, Jiyoon has strengthened Apex\u2019s core programs, nurtured a vibrant organizational culture, and helped scale the organization more than twentyfold. Apex\u2019s programs, including athletics, provide youth with mentorship and critical resources to foster agency, belonging, and confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With a background in youth development, education, and advocacy working with diverse communities of color across NYC, Jiyoon\u2019s leadership is rooted in building community, mentorship, and access.
