Marcus Loo

Marcus H. Loo, MD, FACS is Clinical Professor of Urology at Weill Medical College of Cornell University and Attending Urologist at New York Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Loo received his BS in electrical engineering with distinction in 1977 and MD in 1981 from Cornell University. He did his post graduate internship, residency and fellowship training at New York Presbyterian Hospital. He has been listed in The Castle Connolly guides: America’s Top Doctors and Top Doctors in the New York Metro Area. He has also been listed in Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in Medicine and Healthcare and Who’s Who in Science and Engineering. Dr. Loo serves on the Advisory Board of the Cayuga Venture Fund, the Technology Transfer Advisory Committee of Cornell University and the Cornell Engineering College Council. Dr. Loo is the Past President of the Chinese American Medical Society and Board of Trustees of the Federation of Chinese American and Chinese Canadian Medical Societies (FCMS). Dr. Loo is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and Trustee Emeritus of Cornell University.
